At Elite Pilates we have developed five programmes designed to meet different specific needs. Discover our intensive “packs” with specific and totally personalised objectives, where different treatments are combined with a holistic approach. If you are concerned about your health and your body and want to find a way to start taking care of yourself, this is a good opportunity.

“No more pain” (8 weeks)
Plan therapeutic ideal for people suffering from injuries of any kind. To combat pain and restore the body's functionality.

- 2 weekly sessions of Pilates Method: Personalised classes adapting each session to the needs of each client, taking into account: morphology, physical condition and ailments.
- 1 weekly physiotherapy session: Focused on the specific treatment of the injury where different personalised techniques will be carried out. Includes all the use of the centre's equipment necessary for the treatment.

“Fit & Health (12 weeks)
Aimed at re-educating sustainable eating habits to promote health. With the aim of improving nutrition and thereby strengthening health.

- 2 weekly sessions of Pilates Method: Personalised individual classes in coordination with our “nutricoach”, Kylie Ivanir.
- 12-week programme with Kylie Ivanir, to eliminate overweight and learn how to maintain new healthy and possible eating habits.
- 12 sessions of INDIBA appliances applied by our physiotherapists to free the body from the effects of sedentary lifestyles and excess weight.

“Fit Express (6 weeks)
A concentrated health and wellness intensive for an express fitness programme. For those who are short on time but value quality.

- 4 weekly sessions of Pilates Method
- 6-week programme with our “nutricoach” Kylie Ivanir
- 10 sessions of INDIBA appliances applied by our physiotherapists.

“About Women (4 weeks)
Aimed at pregnant women or new mothers with treatments adapted to their special situation. Essential support for a fundamental process.

- 2 weekly Pilates Method sessions designed according to your month of pregnancy or after childbirth, focused on restoring and strengthening the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor.
- 6 sessions of specific pelvic floor treatment adapted to each moment and to possible problems derived from childbirth.
- 4 pressotherapy sessions.

“The Deep Heal (6 weeks)
Focused on the total wellbeing of body, mind and spirit. Ideal for restoring physical and emotional balance. A total health cure.

- 2 Pilates Method sessions per week. Personalised classes adapting each session to the needs of each client, taking into account: morphology, physical condition and possible ailments.
- 3 sessions of 2 hours of Traditional Thai Massage: based on pressure and stretching focused on relaxing, decontracting and relieving tension.
- 6-week programme with our “nutricoach” Kylie Ivanir.
